Vaughn is a Senior Security Consultant and Researcher at Pulsar Security, focusing on red teaming and exploit development. With over 25 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity as both a front-line technical resource and senior manager, Vaughn has extensive expertise in penetration testing, detection and response, security policy development and implementation, risk assessment, wireless security, and application development. Vaughn holds a BS in Economics from Frostburg State University and has earned numerous leadership and technical credentials. He also completed Executive Management Training from the University of Maryland’s Robert Smith School of Business.
